Nanami talks about her English teacher
Nanami from Tauraroa Area School talks about her english teacher, Anna Pascoe and why she loves taking her english class twice a week.
My favourite subject is English, because if I can speak another language I can communicate with many people in the world. I’ve been interested in other languages since I was a child, especially English. English was the first foreign language that I learned in my life. Ms Pascoe is an English teacher who is very energetic, and supports all students learning. She has also the same thought as me that languages have a power. I can truly agree with her perspective.
I haven’t decided yet what I want to be or do in the future, however I want to learn other languages. The reason is that I want to communicate with more people and experience other cultures. I want to use my experience that I’ve learnt so far and I’m still learning now in my future work . Like my English teacher, I won’t forget what I want, what I’m interested in and I always want to be passionate.
