Riding the Monster Scooters at HeadsUp Adventures

Last year we visited HeadsUp Adventures in Whangarei with a group of students to try their famous monster scooters and make every attempt not to fall off.

The students also talked to Luke Gill about the inspiration and hard work that has gone into setting up the adventure park and took in the incredible views from the café overlooking Whangarei Heads.

These non-motorized, off-road scooters are fantastic fun for young, old, and just about everyone in between. There is a choice of eight exciting different tracks, from beginner to advanced, including a jump track. Enjoy a thrilling ride down a track of your choice, meander through the breathtaking indigenous forest whilst enjoying the breathtaking scenery. Once you reach the bottom meeting point, you’ll get to sit back and enjoy an off-road meander back up the mountain in one of our shuttle buses. HeadsUp Adventures also offers world-class mountain bike tracks and paintball.
